In early March of 2020, Nasiol team had a chance to extensively meet with the team of one of our newest distributor countries, Ecuador. Nasiol executives travelled to Ecuador to meet the entire team, tour, and spend time at the facilities. During this meet and greet process Nasiol team got an insight into the market conditions in Ecuador for the detailing and coating business. With the assistance of our distributor, Nasiol executives identified challenges and vast full amount of opportunities available in the Ecuador region.
When the meet and greed event concluded, Nasiol technical team provided training to the staff and the management of Nasiol distributor. This training involved how and when to use certain products, application processes, and tips on how to sell the products. Many in attendance had some form of detailing experience and introducing them to new techniques was a goal Nasiol team was also aiming for as well.
At the end of the training, Nasiol team presented training completion certificates to those that have attended.
